Dimension: 0.7mm-5.0.mm steel wire available: 1.0-1.5mm steel wire for helical steel wire; 0.7-2.5mm steel wire for pocket spring or bonnell spring; 4.0-5.0mm steel wire for border spring; 2.0-5.0mm steel wire for zig zag spring
Surface: bright, smooth surface with black color, strong rust resistance
Standard: GB/T 4357, ASTM A 227, DIN17223, EN10270 etc.
Application: (showed as right picture)
Characteristics: lead quenching treated; good fatigue resistance, and well performing through high-speed automatic production machines; standard packing

Packing

Coils - steel wires are wined as coil shape strapped with steel strip, outside covered with the PVC paper (80-300kg/coil)
Z2 packing - standard Z2 packing (400-500kg/coil)
Cardboard coils - inside with paper cardboard core, steel wire are strapped with steel strip and iron hook, outside covered with PE paper (500- 1000kg/coil)
Steel frame carrier - steel wires are placed with the steel frame and strapped with steel strips (600-1000kg/carrier).......................................。。。。。。。。
